How long is the cooling-off period?
At Dauw you get 30 days from the day you receive the order — the legal cooling-off period of 14 days plus 16 extra days from us. Notify us of your withdrawal using the form above.
What happens after I report it?
You will receive a confirmation with the return instructions. Then, return the product within 14 days, unused and complete.
When will I get my money back?
We betalen je binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van je herroeping terug, met hetzelfde betaalmiddel als waarmee je betaalde. We mogen wachten met terugbetalen tot we het product terug hebben ontvangen, of wanneer je hebt aangetoond dat je het product hebt teruggestuurd.
Who pays for return shipping?
The direct cost of returning the goods is at your own expense, unless we agree otherwise with you in advance.
Does the right of withdrawal apply to used brushes?
A sealed product, which is not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons, is excluded from the right of withdrawal if the seal has been broken. Unused and unopened, you can return it within 14 days.
